The FBI’s electronic case management system, Sentinel, allows agents to hide the existence of relevant investigative reports from other authorized users of the federal database. And during the Russia collusion hoax, Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team used that functionality to keep potentially relevant documents hidden from other FBI agents investigating whether a Fusion GPS contractor lied to Congress. The significance of these two facts cannot be overstated: Now in question is whether the federal government complies with the constitutional mandate in criminal cases to provide defendants all material exculpatory and impeachment evidence as well as its discovery obligations in civil...

CVS says it will close 271 retail locations across the country by the end of the year. The company — the world’s second-largest healthcare provider — announced the move to stockholders late last week as part of an enterprise-wide restructuring plan. The goal, CVS says, is to simplify the organization, improve efficiency, and generate more than $500 million in cost savings in 2025. CVS has not yet released which stores will be affected or when closures will take place. The company currently operates around 9,100 stores across the US. Founded in 1963 in Lowell, Massachusetts, CVS is now headquartered in...

~From our regularly scheduled and faintly obnoxious "As I said twenty years ago" featurette. Me in The Daily Telegraph, December 20th 2005: These days, whenever something goofy turns up on the news, chances are it involves a fellow called Mohammed. A plane flies into the World Trade Centre? Mohammed Atta. A gunman shoots up the El Al counter at Los Angeles airport? Hesham Mohamed Hedayet. A sniper starts killing petrol station customers around Washington, DC? John Allen Muhammed. A guy fatally stabs a Dutch movie director? Mohammed Bouyeri. A terrorist slaughters dozens in Bali? Noordin Mohamed. A gang-rapist in Sydney?...

United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested several illegal aliens who were allegedly employed by a construction subcontractor performing work on the University of Texas San Antonio (UTSA) main campus. The arrests took place during a warrant-based worksite raid carried out by ICE on Friday afternoon. ICE issued a brief statement regarding the worksite enforcement action, saying, “On May 30, ICE San Antonio conducted an enforcement action on the northwest side of San Antonio. This operation resulted in the arrest of several individuals who were in the United States unlawfully. No further details are available at this time.” ICE...

June 1, 2025, was Tulsa's first Race Massacre Observance Day. Dedicated to remembering those who died in the tragedy more than 100 years ago. On June 1, Tulsa Mayor Monroe Nichols announced a $105 million trust to fund the growth and recovery of Greenwood. It was nothing but pride from Raittia Rogers as she learned about Tulsa's Race Massacre Observance Day. "At the same time, we can't do anything but rebuild," said Rogers. Mayor Nichols announced the dedication in March. It was part of his plan to help Greenwood recover. Nichols announced trust at the Greenwood Cultural Center. It would...

A hate-fueled madman launched a “targeted terror attack’’ in Colorado on Sunday — setting at least one woman on fire and injuring eight total as he screamed “Free Palestine” and used a “makeshift flamethrower” and Molotov cocktails against a crowd commemorating Israeli hostages still in Gaza, officials said. Video footage captured the alleged attacker — whom FBI officials identified as Mohamed Sabry Soliman — in the middle of a tirade about Palestine and calling for death to “Zionists” before he tossed the homemade incendiary devices. “They are killers! How many children you killed?” shouted the shirtless man, who was reportedly...

When corporations got rid of their diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, many also axed their commitments to LGBTQ+ Pride Month. Even before Donald Trump's executive orders terminating all DEI positions in the federal government, dozens of major companies had already abandoned their practices. Many made their decisions after conservatives online specifically targeted them for their policies and threatened boycotts, with failed filmmaker turned failed congressional candidate Robby Starbuck taking credit for spearheading the movement. This withdrawal didn't just encompass inclusive work environments and hiring practices, or participation in the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index — in abandoning DEI, companies...

Oregon Senate Democrats passed a bump stock ban late last week and the legislation also allows local municipalities to ban the carry of firearms in buildings where public meetings are held. A bump stock ban once existed at the federal level but the Supreme Court of the United States struck it down on June 14, 2024. In the majority opinion for the bump stock decision, Justice Clarence Thomas made clear the ban faltered in claiming bump stocks turn semiautomatic firearms into machine guns: Semiautomatic firearms, which require shooters to reengage the trigger for every shot, are not machineguns. This case...

Ukraine’s unprecedented drone strikes on Russian air force bases weaken Moscow’s ability to wage war on its smaller neighbor and undermine its capacity to threaten more distant rivals such as the U.S.—a shift with potentially far-reaching geostrategic implications. A sizable portion of the fleet Moscow uses to launch guided-missile attacks on Ukraine—and would rely on to strike adversaries in the event of a nuclear war—was damaged or destroyed in the coordinated attacks. Russia no longer produces the decades-old Tupolev planes, meaning it has lost a cornerstone of its ability to project military power beyond its borders. Newer Russian planes are...

The left cries “dictatorship” while wielding the courts, agencies, and media to undermine laws, crush dissent, and call it democracy. The left is in its usual sanctimonious but schizophrenic mood. The media claims daily that the Trump administration has usurped power. It is supposedly destroying democracy. It tramples on the rule of law and thus has created a virtual dictatorship. Yet at the same time, Democrats high-five the most recent district court judge who has put a stop to the current Trump executive orders—which the Trump administration abides by as it files appeals. There are two clear conclusions from the...

The class president at Massachusetts Institute of Technology was banned from walking across the stage to receive her diploma after she gave a jaw-dropping anti-Israel speech. Megha Vemuri was set to serve as the marshal of this year's graduation ceremony on Friday, but received an email earlier in the day that she could not attend the event, and her and her family were banned from campus for most of the day, the Boston Globe reports. 'You deliberately and repeatedly misled Commencement organizers,' MIT Chancellor Melissa Nobles wrote in the email. 'While we acknowledge your right to free expression, your decision...

BOISE, Idaho — The Pride Season Kickoff, initially scheduled for June 6, has been canceled due to insufficient attendance, despite strong online enthusiasm. The event was intended to enhance LGBTQ+ visibility and community connection in June, serving as a precursor to the main Boise Pride celebration in September. Organizers expressed their commitment to expanding Pride in Boise, emphasizing the need for active community participation to bring new events to life. "We know the desire for more Pride programming is real—we hear it constantly," they said. However, they noted that early community buy-in is crucial for the success of events outside...

As more reports emerge about former President Biden’s alleged cognitive decline during his time in office, a Republican senator has made an explosive new claim: that Biden would sometimes get lost in a closet inside the White House while serving as commander-in-chief. Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., made the stunning claim on "Hannity" Friday, citing an unnamed Secret Service whistleblower who Hawley said was assigned to Biden. "He [Secret Service member] told me that Biden used to get lost in his closet in the mornings in the White House," Hawley said. "I mean, the guy literally stumbling around in the White...

With all votes counted, right-wing historian Karol Nawrocki has been elected Poland's new president, the state electoral commission (PKW) said. PKW said Nawrocki won 50.9% percent of the votes – ahead of Warsaw's liberal mayor Rafal Trzaskowski on 49.1% percent. It's a sensational turnaround from the result of the first exit poll – published immediately after voting ended at 21:00 local time (19:00 GMT) on Sunday – that showed Trzaskowski winning on 50.3% to Nawrocki's 49.7%. Trzaskowski had claimed victory after the first exit poll, while Nawrocki cautioned that the results were too close to call. "We won, although the...

Under the current administration, led by Democrat Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, Abortion Free New Mexico has obtained very limited data about taxpayer funded abortions through New Mexico Medicaid. In an Inspection of Public Records (IPRA) request on February 6, 2025 made to the New Mexico Health Care Authority (HCA), Tara Shaver of Abortion Free New Mexico asked for a plethora of information regarding the numbers of abortions that were funded through New Mexico Medicaid. The response that the Health Care Authority provided was unprofessional, unclear and incomplete but Abortion Free New Mexico is publishing what has been revealed so far...

Oregon is once again at the forefront of expanding assisted suicide—and this time, the consequences won’t stop at its borders. SB 1003—is moving through the Oregon legislature that would dangerously expand the state’s so-called Death with Dignity Act. If passed, because of Oregon’s removal of its residency requirement in 2022, this law would affect vulnerable patients nationwide and further normalize suicide as a “solution” to potential suffering. What’s in the Bill: SB 1003 expands assisted suicide in three alarming ways: Broadens the Definition of Who Can Prescribe Lethal Drugs ○ Replaces “attending physician” and “consulting physician” with “prescribing provider” and...

Thanks to a recent tip from an anonymous source, STOPP was able to view grant contracts between Michigan’s Department of Health and Human Services and Planned Parenthood of Michigan for 2024-2025, confirming just how much this Planned Parenthood affiliate received from DHHS for its “services” and programs. These contracts also show that through Michigan’s DHHS, Michigan residents are the ones actually funding Planned Parenthood, whether they would consent to it or not. But what did these grants go to exactly? STOPP examined each document, so you don’t have to, and provided our summaries below: Grant #1: Michigan DHHS granted PPMI...
