State Farm General, the largest home insurer in California, has been given the green light to hike its prices across the state, sparking fierce backlash from consumer advocates. The Tesla driver who served prison time for several road rage attacks in Southern California was attacked in a prison near Honolulu, Hawaii, where he was recently arrested for a similar attack.
