Yesterday, I stood before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals for oral arguments in Fair Fight (with the Biden DOJ as intervenor) v. True the Vote—a case that could determine whether American citizens have the right to challenge the accuracy of voter rolls.
In my opinion, it’s one of the most consequential election integrity cases of the last decade. [You can read the background here.]
Legally, this chapter is nearing its end. We won in federal court. Fair Fight appealed, represented by none other than Elias Law. Now, we wait. It will likely be several months before our three-judge panel rules.
Side Note: It was my first time in this Court. I didn’t know what to expect—but I left inspired. The judges were sharp, professional, and deeply engaged.
It’s not the time to discuss the journey to that courtroom, but the day will come and when it does I look forward to sharing the full story with you (oh, what a story it is.) So, Here’s My Epiphany
Lawsuits like the one we are currently in … will soon be a thing of the past …
A bit of background - since 2010, True the Vote has helped citizens engage in one of the most basic acts of civic stewardship: cleaning up the voter rolls. For that, we’ve been targeted relentlessly.
It used to baffle me. Why the hostility? Why the legal threats, the lawsuits, the smear campaigns? Why fight so hard against simple record matching?
Over the years, I came to understand that the refusal to fix voter rolls was never about logistics. It’s about control. And control thrives in engineered chaos.
For years, the fundamental brokenness of our electoral system has been very profitable for people who operate from the shadows.
But that era is ending.
Technology is moving faster than politics. Smart paper ballots. Real-time eligibility checks. Immutable audit trails. These aren't far-off dreams. They're on the near horizon. And when they arrive, it won’t be because government handed them to us. It will be because you demanded better.
The future of election integrity is secure, scalable, citizen-powered— it’s coming fast and you are helping make it possible!
You’ve stood with us when it was hard. You gave when others walked away. You believed in a future where elections could be secure, transparent, and truly representative of the people. That future is now.
We may be closing one battle, but the movement we’ve built together is just getting started. Exciting days ahead.
Keep the faith. Never quit.

Bless Catherine Engelbrecht.!
This decision would be a no brainier if the courts were not corrupt. Once upon a time the 11th circuit was a good court. but not anymore.
Thanks for posting
Bump!
none other than Elias LawGo Engelbrecht, if for that reason alone!
Pseudo Law....
That did not stop them. They came up with a brilliant way to track phones which was used to expose vote mules. Dinesh D'Souza turned their data into the movie 2000 Mules.
Not surprised Marc Elias is hounding them. He is the Mastermind behind Democrat vote fraud.
