Fox News is redoing its lineup, the network announced on Monday. The changes will go into effect on Jan. 18. -snip- Bill Hemmer, the former host of America’s Newsroom, who left that show to take over the 3 p.m. hour after Shepard Smith left the network, will now be co-anchoring the show with Dana Perino from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. -snip- The big lineup change comes during the 3 p.m. hour with Martha MacCallum as the new anchor.
