We currently live in lovely NJ. In my daughters backpack was a memo concerning safety and policies of her school. In January of 2005 an announcement was made that the New Jersey State Police will visit every site in New Jersey by September 2005. Their goal is to assess safety issues with the superintendents and offer insight where needed. If you have a children in the New Jersey schools are you aware of this? Is this standard procedure or something new?
