Pop star George Michael is convinced he has no gay fans, because he's open about his homosexuality. The Fast Love hitmaker, 43, 'came out' in April 1998 after he was arrested for "engaging in a lewd act" in a Beverly Hills, California public toilet. Speaking on last night's George Michael - I'm Your Man: A South Bank Special show, Michael said, "I don't have many gay fans. "Gay fans are only interested when you're 'in the closet'. "Once you're out, they don't give a toss."
