Neandertals' ...are traditionally considered carnivores and hunters of large mammals, but this hypothesis has recently been challenged by numerous pieces of evidence of plant consumption. Ancient diets are often reconstructed using nitrogen isotope ratios, a tracer of the trophic level, the position an organism occupies in a food chain. Neandertals are apparently occupying a high position in terrestrial food chains, exhibiting slightly higher ratios than carnivores (like hyenas, wolves or foxes) found at the same sites. It has been suggested that these slightly higher values were due to the consumption of mammoth or putrid meat. And we also know some...

HUMANITY has a filthy secret: our ancestors used to have sex with members of other species. That’s the finding in a new piece of research which suggests ancient people used to romp with a “ghost” species of proto human. We are just one of a number of species known as hominins. Members of this family include Neanderthals and Denisovans, which are no longer found on Earth. “It seems that interbreeding between different early hominin species is not the exception — it’s the norm,” said Omer Gokcumen, assistant professor of biological sciences at the University of Buffalo. Gokcumen tested the DNA...

Major Evolutionary Blunders: Neanderthals Were Subhuman in Imagination Only by Randy J. Guliuzza, P.E., M.D. * Evidence for Creation “So easy, a caveman could do it” is the witty slogan of a company hoping to lure customers to switch car insurance. The humorous catch to the commercial was the brutish-looking, yet endearing, Neanderthals living among us who found the slogan stereotyping them as dimwits to be “not cool” or “hurtful.” The fact that viewers could readily spot the standard view of Neanderthals shows how pervasive it is and how it dominates the popular perception.

n the northern region of ancient Egypt, a large obelisk has been found, which is said to be the biggest ever discovered. The stone quarries in Aswan house, which is an unfinished obelisk, has mad scientists pull their hair out and cause a permanent denial for historians. A discovery like this is likely to split the academic community in two. Archaeologists are now arguing that the female pharaoh who where also known Hatshepsut, did actually sanction its construction. Of course, modern engineers, who are clearly in massive opposition, say that the Dynastic Egyptians did not have the type of technology...

The Iroquois, the Osage, the Tuscaroras, the Hurons, the Omahas, and many other North American Indians all speak of giant men who once lived and roamed in the territories of their forefathers. All over what is now the U.S. are traditions of these ancient giants. Over 1000 accounts of seven-foot and taller skeletons have reportedly been unearthed from ancient burial sites over a two-hundred-year period in North America. Newspaper accounts, town and county histories, letters, scientific journals, diaries, photos and Smithsonian ethnology reports have carefully documented this. These skeletons have been reported from coast to coast with strange anatomic anomalies...

Strikingly tall skeletons uncovered in the Ecuador and Peru Amazon region are undergoing examination in Germany, according to a research team headed by British anthropologist Russell Dement. Will these remains prove that a race of tall people existed hundreds of years ago deep in the Amazonian rainforest? Since 2013, the team has reported finding half a dozen human skeletons dating to the early 1400s and the mid-1500s that measure between 7 feet and 8 feet (213 to 243 centimeters) in height. ... In late 2013, Dement received word that a skeleton had been uncovered by a Shuar local, approximately 70...

In the twentieth century, the German biblical scholar Rudolf Bultmann gave a massive critique of the Scriptures, arguing that the Bible is filled with mythological references that must be removed if it is to have any significant application to our day. Bultmann’s major concern was with the New Testament narratives, particularly those that included records of miracles, which he deemed impossible. Other scholars, however, have claimed that there are mythological elements in the Old Testament as well. Exhibit A for this argument is usually a narrative that some believe parallels the ancient Greek and Roman myths about gods and goddesses...

Humans contain 'alien' genes not passed on from our ancestors, researchers have discovered. The say we acquired essential 'foreign' genes from microorganisms co-habiting their environment in ancient times. The study challenges conventional views that animal evolution relies solely on genes passed down through ancestral lines -- and says the process could still be going on. Cambridge researchers say we acquired essential 'foreign' genes from microorganisms co-habiting their environment in ancient times. Horizontal Gene Transfer The transfer of genes between organisms living in the same environment is known as horizontal gene transfer (HGT). It is well known in single-celled organisms and...

New Finds Reveal Fully-Human Neandertal by Brian Thomas, M.S. * The case for Neandertals as more primitive members of an evolutionary continuum that spans from apes to modern man continues to weaken. Genetic and archaeological finds are completely reshaping modern concepts of Neandertal men and women. Researchers interested in unraveling humanity's past recently sequenced a female Neandertal's ancient DNA and published their results in Nature.1 The research included sequences that closely matched: Neandertal, Denisovan, modern man, plus an unidentified variation of man. The study authors suspected that these different groups interbred. Just as prior studies showed, this one confirmed that...

New research has undermined the popular belief that Neanderthals were less intelligent than Homo sapiens, and challenges the widely-held view they were forced into extinction by modern humans. Many experts have suggested humans’ advanced culture and hunting ability caused Neanderthals to disappear from Europe over 30,000 years ago. …

I am writing about the mysterious giants depicted in the stained glass window at Chartres Cathedral. It has many puzzled exactly what message is being depicted in the stained glass windows of Chartres. In my last article I suggest that one of the giants is Orion because he carries a club in his hand. The stained glass window is depicting the story of Noah and the Great Flood.

You probably heard about Obama’s recent $10 million vacation to Africa. What you probably didn’t hear about was the fact that President Obama, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton were all in Africa… At the same time. Why were they all there? Preston James PhD from Veteran’s Today says our three most recent presidents were all there to meet with their Annunaki Overlord “Marduk” in secret. This story might just be a rumor. Still, it comes from a source that has deep Intel connections and has historically been spot on regarding other incidents. First of all, I myself have very deep...

We have the BIG PUSH in Washington, and around the country right now for the ‘gay’ marriage rights. If you think about it, it’s always been on the back burner but recently, there seems to be a really big FORUM for it. Now only is it in the news constantly, but it’s being PUSHED upon our children in school like never before. snip

And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.(Genesis 6:1-3)The signs of the day of Noah that we have discussed earlier; the population explosion, rapid progress in science, technology and the arts, the complete disregard...

Speculative Biblical Epic by Brian Godawa The beloved story of Noah re-imagined for a new generation. This is the tale of an ancient world submerged in darkness. Fallen angels breed giants and demigods that enslave mankind. Noah, a tribal leader, has been prophesied to bring an end to the rule of these “gods” and save humanity from coming destruction. But Noah is a broken hero, a defeated warrior, short on faith and long on remorse as his wife and son are captives of these dark forces. To rise against this supernatural evil and rescue his family he will need his...

Whether or not you read the Bible, Genesis is a fascinating part of ancient writings. Especially the chapters prior to Abraham as these seem to reach back into prehistory. The style and content indicates that we’re not getting a year-by-year history, but major highlights of a vast and largely undocumented period in man’s history. Hebrew scholars will confirm that the the genealogies in these chapters are unlikely to be complete. Genesis 6-8's talk of Nephilim, sons of God and a massive flood barely outline what was going on in this lost world. Wouldn’t it be interesting if someone went back...

In the last article, "Mischievous Angels or Sethites?" we explored the importance of understanding Genesis 6. The straightforward presentation of the text seems to clearly portray a strange union of fallen angels with women to produce a hybrid race called the "Nephilim," or fallen ones. We enumerated the reasons we accept the "angel" view and why the liberal "Sethite" view is inadequate.
