First off, thanks to everyone who gave advice on a previous car thread. I'm trying to help a friend fix an FM radio issue with his Dodge Neon (1996). I spent 20 minutes or more googling for an answer, to no avail. AM radio works fine, but when you use seek and scan to try to find FM stations, the numbers keep going, without finding any stations.
