Today _resident 0bama’s head of HOMELAND SECURITY, the infamous Janet Napalitano at the direction of the _resident, unilaterally decided to VIOLATE THE EQUAL PROTECTION CLAUSE OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION by denying Arizona the right to have the laws of the UNITED STATES applied equally as the other 49 states.
