WOODBRIDGE, Va. (AP) — Three persons were killed and two wounded last night in a shooting after a child's birthday party. Police arrested a suspect hours later in Pennsylvania. Anastacio Sanchez-Miranda, 39, was arrested at about 2:30 p.m. at his sister's house in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., six hours after the shooting at the Woodbridge home was reported, police said.
