The minimum jail sentence gets multiplied by the number of times you've been convicted. For example, if its your third crime you get 3 times the minimum jail sentence. Naval Base Ventura County in Point Mugu is starting a “Large Force Test Event” on Friday, and it’s expected to last approximately two weeks.
