WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- In a move that could foster partisan fireworks ahead of this fall's midterm elections, congressional Democrats moved Wednesday to reintroduce legislation to raise the minimum wage by $1.50 over the next three years. The federal minimum wage, which stands at $5.15, would be raised 60 cents this year, 50 cents the following year and 40 cents in the third year, under legislation offered by Sen.
