In Louisiana, a black man was killed by white police officers while being subdued on the ground. In Minnesota, a black man was killed by a white police officer during a routine traffic stop over a broken tail light. In Texas, five police officers were killed by a black sniper during a Black Lives Matter demonstration in Dallas.
