Sharon McPhail, Democrat and Detroit councilwoman, may be a racist or just plain stupid. But for sure, she's a liar, according to The Detroit News. Harsh words, yes. But there's no way to sugar-coat the Detroit councilwoman's character lapses. To do so would be a disservice to the voters of Detroit, who will see McPhail's name on their mayoral ballot this fall.
