The president of Oral Roberts University will be speaking at 422 Church's 9:30 and 11 a.m. Sunday services on Sept. 26. Mark Rutland is the president of Global Servants and Oral Roberts, both based in Tulsa, Okla. He came to Oral Roberts from Southeastern University of the Assemblies of God in Lakeland, Fla., where he served as president. Rutland has founded ministries in Ghana and Thailand through Global Servants and his House of Grace in Chiang Rai, Thailand, houses more than 100 girls.
