The president of Oral Roberts University will be speaking at 422 Church's 9:30 and 11 a.m. Sunday services on Sept. 26.
Mark Rutland is the president of Global Servants and Oral Roberts, both based in Tulsa, Okla. He came to Oral Roberts from Southeastern University of the Assemblies of God in Lakeland, Fla., where he served as president.
Rutland has founded ministries in Ghana and Thailand through Global Servants and his House of Grace in Chiang Rai, Thailand, houses more than 100 girls.
Rutland was educated at the University of Maryland, Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta, and holds a Ph.D. from California Graduate School of Theology.
The Texas native has authored 13 books including "Most Likely to Succeed."
Rutland is being welcomed to 422 Church by Oral Roberts alumni and pastors Ed and Lisa Crenshaw, and Dan Cross.
A luncheon with Rutland will be held after the second service, at 12:30 p.m., for all Oral Roberts alumni and prospective students. You must register online for the luncheon at http://422church.com

Just wanted to say that I ABSOLUTELY ADORE Dr. Rutland! He’s a terrific speaker. I’ve seen him in Texas and at my home church in Tulsa.
