MOSCOW, July 30 (RIA Novosti) - A Wahhabi who had underwent sabotage training in a terrorist camp in Chechnya was detained in Kursk (Central Russia), chief of the Russian Interior Ministry's organized crime department Nikolai Ovchinnikov said at a press conference on Friday. According to him, Marat Baikulov, a 19-year-old medical student who was born in Karachai-Circassia (North Caucasus), was arrested on July 8 in Kursk. Mr. Baikulov is a Wahhabi, he added.
