"You would have elections that everybody could be proud of. Because right now this country is a laughingstock all over the world," former president said in an interview with Just the News. Former President Donald Trump is offering a specific policy prescription for restoring Americans' confidence in elections, saying it is time for states to return to paper ballots and to end no-excuses absentee ballots so that results can be finalized on Election Day and the nation can stop looking like a "laughing stock" to the world. "I call them the fake vote store. That's the mail in ballots. We...

Montana got to see firsthand how well a mail-in election goes. If the results from Missoula County are any indication, it didn’t go well. Local state Rep. Brad Tschida conducted a review of Missoula votes with the assistance of the Missoula County Elections Office. He found 4,592 out of all 72,491 mail-in ballots did not have envelopes — 6.33% of the total. That is a real problem. It is against the law to count mail-in votes if there is no envelope. There is no way to match up signatures to verify if the vote is from a registered voter or...

... We constantly hear that there is no evidence of absentee ballot fraud in the 2020 election. But one state—Montana—has been reckoning with new evidence of how well its 2020 mail-in election went. If the results from Missoula County are any indication, it didn't go well. State representative Brad Tschida conducted an audit of Missoula County votes with the assistance of the county's elections office. He found that 4,592 out of all 72,491 mail-in ballots—6.33 percent of the total—did not have envelopes. That is a real problem. It is against the law to count such ballots, as there would be...

A Mississippi judge ordered a new runoff election for a local election in Aberdeen after more than three-quarters of absentee ballots cast in the June Democratic runoff election were found to be invalid. Judge Jeff Weill, in a 64-page order, said that there is evidence of fraud and criminal activity in how absentee ballots were handled, how they were counted, and actions from individuals at polling places during the runoff election held in Aberdeen, Mississippi. As a result, a new runoff election for the Ward 1 alderman seat is necessary, reported WCBI. The judge ruled that 66 of 84 absentee...

The Supreme Court should declare mail in votes null and void because of evidence of ballot harvesting Please see the video below https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2020/11/project-veritas-james-okeefe-exposes-election-frontpagemagcom/ If there is evidence and witnesses of ballot harvesting than the legitimacy and authenticity of mail in votes cannot be guaranteed. The Supreme Court should declare mail in votes null and void and give those who genuinely voted by mail one day to have the opportunity to vote in person.

Growing reports of fraud in swing states are making their way onto alternative news sites – the mainstream media obviously won't touch the issue. Numerous reports have surfaced about observers not being allowed to do their jobs. They have been thwarted from having six-foot views of vote counters, been kept out of such rooms, had paper posters block any view, and, in some cases, even been escorted off the premises. Horror Stories AboundSome reports indicate that mailrooms across the country continue to contain mailed-in ballots that were never delivered to the appropriate precincts. Reports have surfaced that late ballots in...

..If a nominee were to drop out of the race and be replaced by his or her party, what kind of ballot access obstacles might he or she face? States require political parties to submit names of presidential nominees in order to certify them for the general election ballot. Every state has some sort of official or unofficial deadline for this...(snip) This begs the question: What happens if a candidate has dropped out of the race but wins the popular vote in a state? Would the replacement nominee just receive those electoral votes? The answer lies in what that state...

Mail-in votes in a local Baltimore, Maryland, election were discarded and not counted due to a ballot error, officials say. On Tuesday evening, voters went to the polls in Baltimore city elections — including the race in City Council District 1 where incumbent Democrat Zeke Cohen faced a challenge from Democrat Paris Bienert. The race, though, ended in disarray when a ballot error caused mail-in votes to be thrown out and not counted, according to the Baltimore Sun:

The Illinois Senate voted 37-19 to pass a voting expansion plan for the November 3 election. The bill heading to Gov. JB Pritzker's desk for approval will greatly expand Illinois' vote-by-mail system following the COVID-19 pandemic. Senate Bill 1863 will give voters the opportunity to cast their ballots without going out in public, as there could potentially be a second round of COVID-19 spread this fall. "The right to vote is the foundational pillar of our democracy -- and, now, as our elected leaders are making some of the most consequential decisions of our lifetimes, it's more important than ever...

DENVER — It’s harvest time in Colorado, and not just for pumpkins. Concerns are running high over door-to-door campaign workers asking voters for their mail-in ballots in what is known as “ballot harvesting.” Now that all-mail voting is the law of the land in Colorado, the challenge for campaigns is to persuade voters to drop off or mail in their ballots — or hand them to the foot soldiers who turn up on their doorsteps offering to do it for them..... [snip] .....“I guarantee you right now if you went to an apartment complex anywhere in Colorado, you would find...
