The Supreme Court should declare mail in votes null and void because of evidence of ballot harvesting

If there is evidence and witnesses of ballot harvesting than the legitimacy and authenticity of mail in votes cannot be guaranteed. The Supreme Court should declare mail in votes null and void and give those who genuinely voted by mail one day to have the opportunity to vote in person.

The party about to lose the election by razor thin margins in the 11th hour in several states has asked for protection against vote fraud for decades.
The party about to win the election by razor thin margins in the 11th hour insisted vote fraud was rare, isolated and fought increased protections against fraud.
Whether or not the election is skewed by fraud, anyone unwilling to understand why the aggrieved party is skeptical and frustrated is acting in bad faith.

The Democrats took ballot harvesting nationwide whether it was legal or not. The vehicle was mail-in ballots

Someone will have to file the appropriate lawsuits, in order to get rulings in the lower courts, to ever reach the Supreme Court.

I would love to see such a Supreme Court ruling, but don’t know if anyone on the conservative side, GOP leaders, some group such as Jay Sekulow’s ACLJ, would want to take this on.

Absolutely. Would love to see that decision made with ACB leading it.

They should reverse it (which will make the state Trump wins) and then the US Supreme Court remonds that the state legislatures can overturn it but us at the Supreme Court cannot accept these as legal. Wasn’t there also 35,000 late votes at some GA county?
