On tonight's episode of LevinTV Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) joined Mark Levin in a wide ranging interview. The two touched on a host of topics, including Rubio's future political plans, his foreign policy vision, and who he thinks should be the president. When Levin asked Rubio who he would be supporting for the corner office, Rubio said that his delegates are bound on the first ballot. He added that on subsequent ballots, "I hope that they'll nominate a conservative." Rubio added, "the only one[presidential candidate] that fits that criteria is Ted Cruz."

For the past 4 years, we've heard Mark Levin tell his radio audience that this time around, conservatives need to rally behind one conservative who can actually beat the establishment. As near as I can tell, Levin seems to have gone silent on that point in recent months. As we watch the GOPe ramp up their attacks on Trump, borrowing from the Mississippi playbook of dirty tricks, wouldn't now be the time to rally around the only candidate who can take out the GOPe - Trump? As a general principle no conversations have involved more varied opinions than discussions about the supposed “conservative” media and their seeming cognitive dissonance when it comes to issues surrounding Senator Ted Cruz. Some people think these voices were just hoodwinked by Cruz and now their ego won’t permit them to admit the falsehood. Others think the pundits are too close to the candidate to see the inherent issues and contradictions; some propose their punditry is connected to financial motives.
