Malta: Priest Turns Donations Into PornFather Luke Seguna, 39, of Marsaxlokk, Malta, allegedly spent nearly €150,000 of his parish’s money on live sex shows websites (TimesOfMalta.com, August 19).He now faces accusations of fraud and money laundering. His legal defence insisted that the money spent was given "to him personally" while the prosecution says he misappropriated some €500,000 - intended for the Church and donated by parishioners over a ten-year span.Seguna allegedly admitted having struggled with a “sexual crisis” triggered by a major health problem at the time. He denies any wrongdoing and is pleading not guilty.
