Hot-head TV chef Gordon Ramsay swooped in on Luigi's D'Italia last month to do a makeover on the Anaheim restaurant for the Fox reality show "Kitchen Nightmares." The episode won't air until late September or early October, but Luigi's new Ramsay-tweaked menu was launched a few weeks ago at the end of four days of filming.
