PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A Portland woman has been charged in federal court after allegedly hitting a federal officer with a tambourine outside the ICE facility in South Portland. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon, 56-year-old Lisa Miyamoto was arrested on Sunday, October 19 after she reportedly struck a federal officer with a wooden tambourine dear the ICE facility’s driveway.
