MANITOWOC MAN FOUND GUILTY OF EXPORTING RESTRICTED ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS TO CHINA MILWAUKEE — The United States Attorney’s Office announced yesterday that a jury in Federal Court in Milwaukee, Wis., convicted Ning Wen, 56, of Manitowoc, to nine counts of conspiring to export more than $500,000 in restricted electronic components to the People’s Republic of China.
