    The death of Linda Norgrove was a tragedy that happened when something goes wrong in military rescue operation. Ms. Norgrove, a Scottish aid worker, was kidnapped by members of the Taliban in eastern Afghanistan on September 26 with three Afghan co-workers. The Afghanis were later released.
