FL Senate Candidate Klayman Calls for US Intervention in Venezuelan Recall Elections; Chavez Venezuelan Recall Vote a Likely Fraud MIAMI, Aug. 17 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Larry Klayman, Republican U.S. Senate candidate from Florida, today called for U.S. intervention to determine whether or not the recall vote, which affirmed Communist dictator and terrorist Hugo Chavez's hold on the Venezuelan people, was honest and fair. All indications are that the vote was fraudulent, despite claims by former President Jimmy Carter that the vote was honest. Whatever Jimmy Carter's good intentions, he has proven himself to be one of the most naive government...

Freedom Watch notifies congress of a “Deep State” intelligence community whistle blower, Dennis Montgomery, with hundreds of millions of documents showing CIA and FBI and Intelligence Committees were spying on, and conducting surveillance on, American citizens for political purposes. Mr. Montgomery is trying to use a legal “whistle-blower” process and not follow the same approach as Edward Snowden.

This Rubio hypocrisy and deceit squares not only with the senator’s do-nothing blowhard talk, but also the hard fact that he has misrepresented at the outset of his presidential campaign that his father had fled Castro’s Cuba. In fact, his dad had freely left the island during the reign of rightest President Raul Batista, the Castros’ predecessor, who his father supported. So Marco’s father did not escape communism to become a simple bartender, as he touts so often. Similarly, Rubio has been caught lying on other occasions during his political career. Then there is Rubio’s similar boasting about how he...

In my new book, "It Takes a Revolution: Forget the Scandal Industry!" I chronicle my personal and professional experience with my once proud alma mater, the U.S. Department of Justice, as well as the Deep State in the executive branch. Indeed, this experience, where I saw politics elevated over the rule of law – as I also describe in even greater detail with regard to our compromised federal judiciary, whose judges are literally bought and paid for by special interests – is what caused me to conceive of and found Judicial Watch in 1994 and later Freedom Watch, which I...

George Zimmerman's lawsuit saga is unfolding though the Florida court system in the form of depositions and a powerful but little known tool called "Requests for Admissions." Under Florida Law, a plaintiff can submit a list of up to 30 questions, each beginning, "Admit that you...." Under penalty of perjury, the defendant must either admit or deny each statement. If the defendant doesn’t bother to answer any of the questions, the court assumes that they are admitted as true. In the way of background, Zimmerman is charging that Trayvon Martin’s support team, including Martin’s parents and their attorney Benjamin Crump,...

George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer acquitted of homicide charges in the 2012 fatal shooting of unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Sanford, is suing Martin’s family, prosecutors and others involved in the case he claims rested on false evidence, according to a copy of the suit sent to the media Wednesday. Zimmerman is represented by Larry Klayman, a high-profile legal crusader tied to conservative causes and the founder of Judicial Watch before splitting with the activist group. In 2001, two years before I left Judicial Watch to run for the U.S. Senate in Florida, I was contacted by a person who identified himself as Peter Paul. A former lawyer from Miami, he asked me meet him there at what was then Judicial Watch's Southern Regional Office. When Peter and I did meet in our offices in Biscayne Tower a few days later, he revealed to me how he had put on the Hollywood tribute to Bill Clinton in the waning days of Slick Willy's administration. This event was in reality a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton's 2000 U.S....

Author Jerome Corsi defied special counsel Robert Mueller and, shockingly, he won. Now, the 72-year-old political commentator says he plans to make Mueller "pay" for putting him under investigation, vowing to press forward with a civil case alleging prosecutorial misconduct. "They have to pay for this," Corsi said in an interview with the Washington Examiner Monday, after Attorney General Bill Barr informed Congress on Sunday evening that there were no sealed indictments from Mueller. The probe ended without finding collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. Corsi refused to plead guilty to lying to investigators — as did former national...

Minnesota congresswoman accused of violating immigration law Rep. Ilhan Omar, a Democrat from Minnesota, a Muslim and a newcomer to Congress, already is causing controversy, with a series of anti-Semitic comments, her defense of al-Qaida, her explosions at reporters and her alignment with an extreme left faction in the Democratic Party. She’s already the target of a petition demanding her resignation. Now, the Department of Homeland Security is being urged to investigate her and begin deportation or other removal proceedings. The petition was submitted to DHS by former Justice Department prosecutor Larry Klayman, who this week added a demand that...

Social Media and search giants are being hit with a class-action lawsuit from a pro-Trump group who claims that they conspired against Conservatives. Freedom Watch, which promotes right to privacy among other causes, claims that Facebook, Google, Twitter and Apple violated antitrust laws. “Our YouTube account on Google never gets above 49 thousand,” said Larry Klayman, the group’s founder, during an interview on FOX Business’ “Varney & Co.” on Tuesday. “It goes up, it goes down. That’s been going on for about six months,” he claimed while adding that other conservative groups and interests are also experiencing the same issues....

Judicial Watch's founder and conservative former federal prosecutor Larry Klayman supports Chicago Circuit Court Judge Amy Coney Barrett to fill a soon-to-be vacated Supreme Court seat — but thinks Democrats are “already trying to smear her.” Klayman said he likes that Barrett — reportedly one of President Donald Trump’s leading contenders for nomination — is not a graduate of either Harvard or Yale law schools. “From what I’ve read about her, I like Judge Barrett,” Klayman said. “She's obviously a woman. That’s good. Politically it’s going to be hard for the Democrats to have much objection to her. But they’re...

A veteran Washington courtroom fighter, Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch, confirmed Monday he has filed a lawsuit that puts special counsel Robert Mueller’s communications with the media in a bull’s-eye. “Robert Mueller and his staff, who are alleged to have illegally leaked grand jury information to damage the president, his family and associates, have thus far been untouched by the inept and inert Justice Department, run by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who appears afraid that he himself may be indicted by Mueller for alleged Russian collusion and obstruction of justice,” Klayman said. “Freedom Watch is not afraid and is doing...

A conservative group filed suit on Monday seeking to remove special counsel Robert Mueller from the Justice Department’s investigation into Russian meddling. Conservative lawyer Larry Klayman, the founder of the watchdog group FreedomWatch, filed a complaint in U.S. district court that seeks to force the Justice Department to investigate leaks from the special counsel, as well as “the obvious conflicts of interest among staff.” The complaint against Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI director Christopher Wray states that “it is a criminal offense to leak grand jury information” and seeks Mueller’s removal.

The American people have been betrayed by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, so it is time to move on. In fact, there is no time to waste. There is too much work to be done right now, and Larry Klayman is the one man who knows that. He says Attorney General Jeff Sessions is afraid to move forward to do the right thing, as he fears Mueller. Jason Chaffetz says Sessions has told him point blank he will not prosecute Clinton. Chaffetz told Judge Jeanine, “while I was in Congress and the Chairman of the Oversight Committee, I did go over...

Conservative legal activist Larry Klayman is petitioning President Trump for an appointment to be special counsel to investigate possible crimes committed by Hillary Clinton and her associates. Klayman, a colorful litigator with three decades of head-turning pursuits, told the Washington Examiner he will form a “citizen’s grand jury” to review evidence against Clinton if Trump doesn’t appoint him special counsel by the end of November. On Monday, after two indictments and a guilty plea in special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe of possible Trump ties to Russia, Klayman said signatures were pouring in for his online petition, which he intends to...

Exclusive: Larry Klayman flays Trump's AG for allowing corruption to continue at DOJ! As I chronicle in my autobiography, “Whores: Why and How I Came To Fight the Establishment!” I was once a proud trial lawyer in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Indeed, as a young 27-year-old attorney in the Reagan DOJ, I was on the trial team that eventually broke up the AT&T monopoly, creating needed and innovative competition in the telecommunications industry. During my time at Justice, I worked closely with special agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the investigative arm...
