A judge Tuesday evening rejected the RNC’s effort to extend voting hours in Maricopa County, Arizona by 3 hours after problems with vote tabulators created problems and led to long lines. The judge wasn’t buying the RNC’s argument that voters were denied their right to vote. For good measure, the judge says “The Doctrine of Laches applies.” There’s no way to do anything legally at this point, even if he agreed with the RNC. But he didn’t. — Kyle Cheney (@kyledcheney) November 9, 2022
