With less than nine months until its opening in Little Rock, the Clinton Presidential Center needs volunteers to help run the $160 million complex. The William J. Clinton Presidential Foundation, which is building the library near downtown Little Rock, is accepting applications for more than 500 volunteers, foundation President Skip Rutherford said. Volunteer tasks will range from admissions to processing records, Rutherford said. The presidential library is scheduled to open Nov. 18.
