Feb 9, 2011: KENOSHA — Retired Kenosha County Circuit Judge Barbara Kluka had no idea that local judges and lawyers had nominated her for a lifetime achievement award. So, when she got the call this week that she was getting the State Bar of Wisconsin’s highest honor, she was more than surprised. “I am thrilled. I am honored. I am elated,” Kluka said today.
