ALLENWOOD (PA)— Union County prosecutors have filed an attempted homicide charge against a Media man accused of shooting a pistol at a family that had stopped at his gas station to change a baby’s diaper. The Union County district attorney’s office will be adding the charge against Sudhir Kumar, 44. A preliminary hearing for him was postponed from Thursday in Lewisburg.
