Health Reform: Picking up the baton from the disgraced Anthony Wiener, the New York Times slanders Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, hoping to keep him from voting on the constitutionality of ObamaCare. According to the Times, Justice Thomas should not sit in on any case involving ObamaCare because, well, he's conservative and has rich conservative friends, and maybe he shouldn't be sitting on the high court at all.
