ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — The mother of Bristol Palin's ex-fiance has agreed to plead guilty in a felony drug case involving OxyContin, a strong prescription painkiller. Attorney Rex Butler says 42-year-old Sherry Johnston will plead guilty July 31 to a count of possession with intent to deliver. Butler says the state has agreed to dismiss five other drug charges against Johnston.
