ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — The mother of Bristol Palin's ex-fiance has agreed to plead guilty in a felony drug case involving OxyContin, a strong prescription painkiller.
Attorney Rex Butler says 42-year-old Sherry Johnston will plead guilty July 31 to a count of possession with intent to deliver. Butler says the state has agreed to dismiss five other drug charges against Johnston.

FWIW - if Rex Butler is your atty one of two things is in play
1) Your are beyond dirt poor. 2) You plan on trying to plead out. Rex ain’t won alot of his cases, given his client list, it’s a wonder he has won any. Just for the record, Rex is a nice guy and a community assest.
