There will be much to chew on as the criminal investigation of President Biden by the newly appointed special counsel, Robert Hur, unfolds. For now, my question is: Have we already, in effect, witnessed a guilty plea? In announcing Hur’s appointment, Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland laid out the facts of the case that drove him to the decision. Biden, while he was a private citizen after the conclusion of his term as vice president, retained batches of classified information in unauthorized locations. That is enough evidence of a federal penal offense to warrant a criminal investigation and potential prosecution...

Just remember that Joe Biden takes classified documents “seriously.” He takes it as seriously as he does his Corvette! Although, one has to wonder whether Biden can also dig up a few more Corvettes in Wilmington of which he was unaware until now.Like, say, five or six more around the garage, or maybe in the laundry room:President Biden’s aides found additional pages of classified information at his Delaware home this week, the White House said on Saturday, bringing the tally to six pages uncovered this week. The additional pages, a person with direct knowledge of the matter said, were discovered hours...

The Deep State tries to climb out from under Biden's pile of top-secret documents. The internet posters are making hay of the news that Joe Biden had classified documents, obtained when he was vice president and some labeled top secret, stored insecurely in his office at the Penn Center at the University of Pennsylvania (funded by the Chinese government), in his home in Delaware, and in his garage at the home where Hunter had resided for some time. I don’t know which post is my favorite but this one by David Burge (Iowahawk) certainly makes my list: “Just got a...
  • COVER UP: DOJ DECIDED AGAINST Having FBI Agents Monitor Search by Biden’s Personal Lawyers For Classified Documents

The Justice Department actually decided against having FBI agents monitor a search by Joe Biden’s personal lawyers for classified documents. Joe Biden’s personal lawyers do not have security clearances yet they were allowed to rummage through Joe Biden’s boxes of documents in search of top secret materials. Biden’s White House Counsel was then allowed to facilitate the handing over of the documents to the DOJ.
  • 68 Days of Silence: Why the White House Stayed Mum on Classified Documents

WASHINGTON — The decision by President Joe Biden and his top advisers to keep the discovery of classified documents secret from the public and even most of the White House staff for 68 days was driven by what turned out to be a futile hope that the incident could be quietly disposed of without broader implications for Biden or his presidency. The handful of advisers who were aware of the initial discovery on Nov. 2 — six days before the midterm elections — gambled that without going public, they could convince the Justice Department that the matter was little more...
