The Justice Department actually decided against having FBI agents monitor a search by Joe Biden’s personal lawyers for classified documents.
Joe Biden’s personal lawyers do not have security clearances yet they were allowed to rummage through Joe Biden’s boxes of documents in search of top secret materials.
Biden’s White House Counsel was then allowed to facilitate the handing over of the documents to the DOJ.

Now, wouldn’t somebody at the FBI be criminally liable if any classified documents were found?
Compared to the Trump search, when lawyers were not allowed to watch the FBI ransack his house
Traitorgarland and the DOJ continue to give aid and comfort ot the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
Fox News and Karl Rove don’t complain that Obama filled the FBI with his people.
That scales of justice are more than a little bit out of whack these days.

Biden's lawyers are covered by lawyer-client confidentiality, FBI agents are not.
I did wonder about that. Why his lawyers were allowed to gather top secret documents and what clearances they had. Nobody seemed to make an argument about that... until now.

But are the lawyers protected from criminal liability for handling top secret information? TFBI agents may be, depending on their clearances. But they lawyers went out there, intentionally seeking classified documents for which they had no right to possess.
That's true but remember what the never-trumpers did to DJT's A/C privilege with Cohen and various other counsel with the J6 unselect committee. That's precedent to fight any treatment that differs between the DJT and FJB. Lawyers are fair game now in DC. Dims gutted the privilege, now they have to live with it.
You would think that if you were looking for Top Secret documents you would send someone who wouldn’t automatically be violating the law by finding Top Secret documents.
One thing we know, Bidens lawyers wont be raided like Trumps were.
Obama is behind the revelations of the documents and pay to play schemes of billions Biden was doing from 2008 thru 2016. It passed off Obama then and it is being tied up in a neat little package with a bow by Obama. He’s got plans to get rolling today.
