Where is Kevin McCarthy’s outrage on this? No demanding equal Justice? Not even a peep from him. Pelosi would be raising hell right now if the roles were reversed. McCarthy is the swamp. Can we get 5 Republicans to remove him already? He’s already aiding and abetting the enemy.

Another really strong signal that Hunter is the one that stole the docs from SCIF at the end of the Obama years and a lot of them are related to Ukraine/China. He hid them during the Trump years with the DOJ/FBIs blessing and someone leaked it to Weiss what files were taken in Hunter’s trial.

They’re doing what they did with Hillary’s staff that told them they had Classified info on their phones and laptops - the FBi did not fill out 302 forms.
Turley just said on TV there are were no 302’s for the quick update from Biden’s Private Lawyers.
So, 90% of the house wasn’t looked thru.
The Private Lawyers, without Clearances, were not looking for Documents born Classified.
FBi was never on the scene.
And a Reporter today said he interviewed Joe in 2010 - and Biden had Classified Docs open and strewn on this desk for the entire interview.
There are also Press photos of Biden with Classified Docs outside a SCIF with a Cell phone right there. That is a violation of the Espionage Act.
Sounds like the DoJ’s decision amounts to aiding and abetting a Federal felony violation of the Presidential Records Act.
I doubt it.
"Decided" implies there was at one time the potential for another outcome. And you know that's pure Barbara Streisand. There was never any consideration to other than letting 'The Big Guy's' consigliere "take care of it."
