Well the latest entrant into the dumb speeches Hall of Fame is Jesse Williams, who is on some show somewhere. In any event, he took the opportunity in picking up his "award" to spout the usual nonsense about how this horrible racist nation, America, has hurt blacks, continues to target them specifically and that the police even do sanctioned drive-by shootings against their people.
