Well the latest entrant into the dumb speeches Hall of Fame is Jesse Williams, who is on some show somewhere. In any event, he took the opportunity in picking up his "award" to spout the usual nonsense about how this horrible racist nation, America, has hurt blacks, continues to target them specifically and that the police even do sanctioned drive-by shootings against their people. Incredible, what a load of garbage.
I won't waste my time refuting him point by point, because it's all been done before. Williams also apparently is a member of Black Lives Matter, the group that formed out of Missouri when nice-guy Michael committed a series of crimes and then charged a police officer. According to Williams and Black Lives Matter, white America spends it's time worrying about the black man and constantly launching new plans to keep him down. He also mentioned Eric Garner in his rambling speech which earned a standing ovation, naturally.
Bill Cosby is of course a rapist and scum-bag, but he at least right on one thing. That black people refuse to look at themselves and see their own shortcomings. My oh my isn't it easy and convenient to perpetually blame the built in boogie man for all your problems. Well, the fact of the matter is that black people need only look in the mirror to find most of their problems.
As but one of almost endless examples, as of today 312 people, predominantly black have been killed in Chicago. And we're not even half way through the year yet. That projects to about 620 for the year, which may be a new record. The number of the maimed and wounded is also astronomical. And by the way who is doing the shooting in Chicago? The terrible, always keeping them down white man? The cops? Or black people themselves? Killing other blacks. Blame racism, poverty, lack of opportunity, slavery, Jim Crow, colonialism for the 2016 slaughter of blacks in Chicago? Well you can but that is absolute nonsense. Tired, worn out excuses that nobody believes anymore. If blacks are to ever get anywhere and I hope they do, they are going to have to endlessly stop blaming everything under the sun, stop the endless excuses, stop the passing the buck, stop the smoke screen and come to terms with their own failures, shortcomings and mistakes. That's it.

Tommy Sotomayor does a great analysis of the speech on his youtube channel. The speech by that clown was shameful. The clapping was shameful. There is a full frontal racist assault on white America that has the full support of the government.
