A former teacher from the West Contra Costa Unified School District has been detained and accused of assaulting a kid in 2021. Jane Shetterly, 42, of Martinez, was charged with 12 felonies, including eight charges of alleged specified sexual acts on a kid and three counts of lewd acts on children. She was also charged with one count of making improper contact with a minor.
