Investigators believe 58-year-old Douglas Jaccard is hiding out near the Wythe/Pulaski County line, in the same area where he allegedly shot three people Tuesday. Police say Jaccard killed his neighbor, Joseph Bane, shot Bane's father-in-law, Jerry Covey, in the arm, and= shot a Pulaski County deputy.
