A 60-year-old man stabbed to death in south London last night has become the capital’s 145th murder victim this year. A 50-year-old was arrested at the scene following the stabbing but was taken ill in custody and transferred to hospital where he is stable. The attack happened at 9:30 pm on Monday night in Thornton Heath, south London; and the victim, whose relatives have been informed, was found in the street. Disney intern Noor Abdallah, 22, has a new specially-designed costumed that incorporates the head-covering she wears as a part of her Muslim faith, according to the AP. Abdallah had been working as a vacation planner for the Disneyland resort, but took a job in the stockroom when her head scarf, or hijab, became an issue. Jews are once again visiting the holiest site in Judaism. Israeli police have begun to allow non-Muslims, under police escort, to enter the Temple Mount grounds in the Old City of Jerusalem, despite threats of violence by Muslim leaders. About two weeks ago, Interior Security Minister Tzachi Hanegbi announced Jews would soon be allowed on the Temple Mount, "even if no agreement is reached with the Waqf."
