<p>TEHRAN, Iran (AP) -- Iranian state TV reported 80 people were killed when their passenger plane caught fire as it was landing Friday in Mashhad, northeastern Iran.</p> <p>The fire began after a tire blew out as the aircraft was landing, television reported.</p>
