A US State Department visa specialist was caught on undercover camera admitting to helping illegal aliens evade deportation. Arlsan Akhtar told the O’Keefe Media Group undercover reporter that he secretly advises illegal aliens on how to evade deportation, mocked Americans, slammed Jews and other ethnic groups and immigrants. “I do say it to cab drivers that are from, like, Hispanic descent, I’m like, ‘don’t talk to the police.’ Don’t admit the truth… If you want a loophole, keep your mouth shut,” Arslan Akhtar said. Akhtar said he hates Yemenis, Bangladeshi people and Jews: “I hate them [Yemenis] with a passion....

Florida officials are pushing back after a federal judge temporarily blocked the enforcement of a new state law targeting undocumented immigrants. State Attorney General James Uthmeier was held in civil contempt earlier this year after sending a memo arguing that the judge’s order was legally flawed and did not prevent law enforcement from upholding the law, which was signed by Governor Ron DeSantis. "She wanted me to direct all of our state law enforcement to stand down on enforcing Florida's new state immigration law, and I was not [going to] do that," Uthmeier said Thursday during an appearance on "America...

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agents on Thursday staged in large numbers near Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. But later, only a small number remained, as local media reports indicated that they had been blocked from entry to the stadium. It had been originally surmised the DHS agents were actually from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). One social media post indicated, "Currently here at Dodger Stadium where a few ice agents are left straggling. Earlier this morning there were a few dozen agents doing a staging with multiple vans parked around."

How crazy is the United States immigration enforcement system? An El Salvadoran man alleged to be a member of the Surenos gang living in Los Angeles who was convicted of murder and other violent crimes is being protected from deportation by the Trump administration because of a December 2024 Biden Department of Justice ruling protecting the killer from being sent back to El Salvador over fears of torture, and a 2025 nationwide injunction by a federal judge delaying deputations to third party countries.

A federal judge in California has halted the Trump administration’s effort to dismantle the State Department’s Counter Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (R-FIMI) Hub, formerly known as the Global Engagement Center (GEC). In a June 13 order, US District Judge Susan Illston declared that the planned elimination of the unit, part of a broader push by the administration to downsize the federal government, violates an earlier injunction. Secretary of State Marco Rubio may have prematurely celebrated the end of R-FIMI back in April when he said the censorship unit was “dead.” Despite his announcement, legal barriers remain in place, preserving...

FBI Director Kash Patel dropped a bombshell Monday evening, handing Congress an intelligence report that raises serious questions about China’s role in the 2020 election. According to the report, Chinese operatives mass-produced counterfeit U.S. driver’s licenses as part of a broader scheme to flood the system with fake mail-in ballots—benefiting… you guessed it… Joe Biden. This wasn’t just foreign meddling—it was industrial-scale fraud, enabled by a broken mail-in voting system the Democrats have long been exploiting. The report confirms what many of us suspected all along: the integrity of the 2020 election wasn’t just compromised—it was hijacked. According to officials...

As federal immigration enforcement operations ripple across Orange County, local community groups are scrambling to respond in real time. At the center of this grassroots effort is the Orange County Rapid Response Network, or OCRRN, a community-run coalition that’s become the primary source of updates on where Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids are happening, and where agents might go next. ... "Through those methods, De Anda said her team documented at least 50 to 60 detentions across the county over a three-day period this week." ... “What we have traditionally seen in terms of ICE agents is them wearing ICE...

A federal judge in Maryland on Friday ruled that President Donald Trump lacked the authority to fire three Democratic members of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and ordered their reinstatement — teeing up another high-stakes court clash centered on Trump's ability as commander-in-chief to remove or otherwise control the members of independent agencies. U.S. District Judge Matthew Maddox, a Biden appointee, sided with the three ousted members of the board — Mary Boyle, Alexander Hoehn-Saric and Richard Trumka Jr. — in ruling that their firings were unlawful and ordered all three members to be reinstated to their posts. In...

They should have put this protest on ice. A massive raid on a suspected cartel member found in Arizona with a huge stockpile of drugs and guns was interrupted by “idiots” who thought it was “an ICE raid,” according to a sheriff. Investigators had spent around six months investigating the unidentified cartel member, who had crept back into the country despite previously being deported, according to Pinal County Sheriff Ross Teeple [snip] “Even when it was explained to them [protesters] that this was a criminal case, where we were taking a criminal drug smuggler, a known felon off the street...

SAN FRANCISCO — A federal judge issued a temporary restraining order Thursday directing President Donald Trump to return control of the National Guard to California. The order, which takes effect at noon Friday, said the deployment of the Guard was illegal and both violated the Tenth Amendment and exceeded Trump’s statutory authority. The White House had no immediate comment on the ruling. California Gov. Gavin Newsom sued to block the Guard’s deployment against his wishes. California later filed an emergency motion asking the judge to block the Guard from assisting with immigration raids.

A federal appeals court panel late Thursday temporarily lifted a judge’s order ruling President Trump’s deployment of the National Guard illegal, enabling the troops to remain assisting with immigration raids in Los Angeles, for now. The ruling from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals landed mere hours after U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer ordered the president to return control of the troops to California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) by Friday afternoon. The Trump administration in urging the 9th Circuit to immediately intervene called the judge’s order “unprecedented” and an “extraordinary intrusion” into Trump’s authority.

A federal judge late Thursday ruled that the federalization of parts of California’s National Guard by President Donald Trump was “illegal,” and ordered Trump to return control of the Guard to state Gov. Gavin Newsom “forthwith.” But Judge Charles Breyer stayed his temporary restraining order from taking effect until 3 p.m. ET on Friday to allow the Trump administration to appeal his decision. The administration promptly did just that, asking the 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals to block Breyer’s ruling from taking effect. Trump, over the past week, had federalized 4,000 members of the California National Guard, and mobilized...

A U.S. District Court judge has ruled that the Trump administration cannot deport Mahmoud Khalil, the radical, pro-Hamas activist who was a graduate student at Columbia University. Random activist judges have overstepped their authority to rule against the Trump administration so many times in the last few months that it’s nearly impossible to keep up with all the rulings. Who appointed these judges to run the country? No one, and the American people are already sick and tired of this. FOX News reports: Federal judge sides with anti-Israel ringleader Mahmoud Khalil, halts Trump administration’s deportation bid A federal judge sided...

The judge says the president didn’t cite an actual invasion and that he violated the Fifth Amendment. A federal judge in Texas became the latest on June 9 to hold that President Donald Trump had misapplied the Alien Enemies Act in attempting to remove from the United States purported members of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang. In a 56-page opinion, U.S. District Judge David Briones said that Trump violated the Constitution’s guarantee of due process and failed to demonstrate that Tren de Aragua (TdA) was engaged in the type of invasion that allowed presidents to invoke the Act. His...
