Some states and local governments are ordering businesses to close down and placing other restrictions aimed at reducing the spread of the Wuhan coronavirus. Chicago Tribune reporter Gregory Pratt says Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker will be ordering restaurants to stop serving dine-in customers in an effort to slow the spread of the virus.
