<p>MESQUITE, Texas — A couple that teaches in Dallas public schools has been arrested on sex charges after police received a report of misconduct at their suburban Dallas home involving "several" minors, Mesquite police said Thursday.</p>
<p>Jesse Castillo, 50, has been charged with two counts of indecency with a child and one of sexual performance by a child. Virginia Castillo, 46, has been charged with a single count of sexual performance by a child. Both are being held in the Dallas County jail with bonds set at $150,000 bond.</p>
