CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — An illegal immigrant who killed two people in a car crash while his deportation was reportedly on hold is headed to state prison for eight years. As part of a plea agreement, Agustin Macias-Marquez, 28, formerly of Waynesboro, Pa., admitted he consumed enough beer to reach .14 blood-alcohol content, drove a car without a license, ran a stop sign and caused a two-vehicle accident that claimed two lives.
