A Dallas man previously arrested in the death of an 81-year-old woman has been charged with killing at least 11 more elderly women whose jewelry and other valuables he stole, authorities said Thursday.
Kim Leach, a spokeswoman for the Dallas County district attorney’s office, said 46-year-old Billy Chemirmir was indicted Tuesday on six more counts of capital murder in the deaths of women ranging in age from 76 to 94.
Chemirmir, a Kenyan citizen who was living in the U.S. illegally, also is charged in nearby Collin County with two counts of attempted capital murder for similar attacks there, according to county court records.

According to the Mexican constitution Americans legally in Mexico get a 2nd class treatment. Besides being unable to vote one must also be a citizen to own land and Mexico is very restrictive about granting citizenship. Because of that a US citizen besides not being able to vote,and cannot have title in their name to any land property in Mexico. It’s time the US should consider making that reciprocal.
Prohibit any illegal entrant employment, voting, and land ownership privileges fully enforced .In other words Sneak into this country before expulsion no job no voting no landowning ..

See, folks, it is inescapably obvious that in any truly civilized country this fiend, when first apprehended and charged for committing the crime of murder, would have been tried, convicted, sentenced to death, AND PUBLICLY HANGED within two weeks of his apprehension. Sadly, there are now very few civilized countries left on the planet, and the USA is most surely NOT one of them.
This made me shudder. I remember several years ago that when I visited a friend of mine near Austin that the nurse that helped her husband (who had passed away over a year ago) would drop by to check on her and one time I arrived when he was there!!!
I thought it odd as when I was there he quickly exited!!
