ESPN’s NFL preseason ratings fell by more than a quarter on Monday night. Monday’s Ravens-Colts NFL preseason game earned a 1.7 rating and 2.66 million viewers on ESPN, down 26% in both measures from last year (Giants-Browns: 2.3, 3.57M). There was no comparable game in 2016. Excluding games on NFL Network, the 1.7 rating is the fourth-lowest for any preseason game since 2004. Abedin ventured out of her Manhattan apartment and went to the office three days after President-elect Donald Trump shocked the world by defeating Clinton. She approached the tall building with stunning...

Target Corp gave a cautious outlook on Wednesday after reporting a lower-than-expected increase in quarterly sales at established stores because of unseasonable weather and weaker demand for electronics and groceries. Shares of the company fell as much as 11 percent, their biggest intraday decline since December 2008, as investors shrugged off higher-than-expected earnings. The stock was down 7.1 percent at $68.27 in the early afternoon.
