The peanut farmer and Nobel laureate defeated fat-headed filmmaker Michael Moore, 65% to 35% in runoff voting among readers of Charles Johnson's Little Green Footballs blog. Included in the award is a cartoon of a suit-and-tie-clad Carter accepting his Fiskie.</p>
