HOOVER, Ala. (AP) — A man chased by police in a Hoover robbery was struck and killed by a train in Birmingham as two companions were arrested. Police said 19-year-old Travon Brackett of Birmingham was killed Friday night when he rolled under the train trying to escape officers. His companions, both 16-year-olds, were charged with first-degree robbery. They were held in the Jefferson County Jail, with bonds set at $80,000 each. Hoover Police Capt. A.C.
